CIPR Continous Professional Development

Over the last month or so I have been working hard to log all the activity I have undertaken to develop my own and colleagues knowledge of public relations in my CPD log.

CIPR_logo_rgbSince January 2013 when I first started to work under the CIPR (Chartered Institute of Public Relations) framework, I have taken time to undertaken activity to learn more and log the activity I undertake on skills and knowledge development.

It’s always a challenge to find the time to log the details and to reflect on the learning outcomes as much of the development I undertake is not part of the main CIPR list. PR, engagement, communications or however people want to describe this field is constantly changing and it’s vital that those involved in PR are always looking wider to learn and develop.

Great so that’s four cycles achieved, so I must make sure I don’t leave logging the evidence until the last month again. (I’m sure I said that last year!)
